Test Manager, with strong skills in developing & directing user acceptance testing or business acceptance testing, is required by one of the UK's leading financial services companies and listed in the FTSE 100 index. My client operates in a professional, friendly and fun environment with offices abroad.
Test Manager will have created test strategies and have a clear understanding of risk-based testing. You will have strong communication skills with experience of supervising staff and coordinating with 3rd parties.
You will be part of a project team (up to 10 in size) working on programmes with budgets of up to £10 million. You will provide and control testing processes that are consistant to test strategy and are financially appropriate - thus ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing throughout the business acceptance testing cycle.
