A new client gave Abraxas the opportunity to “prove itself” in the sourcing of an IT Director for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
This was a crucial appointment for this client, where Abraxas was selected to conduct the exercise on the basis of its 10 years solid track record within IT recruitment for the Pharmaceutical sector. The client wanted a recruitment partner who could supply both high quality candidates and recruitment advice.
Out of over 20 highly skilled applicants, Abraxas short-listed five candidates for face to face interviews, of which three were selected by the client. From this list one candidate was invited to meet the company president and two US company vice-presidents.
Our client was extremely happy with the quality and flexibility of the service provided by Abraxas in the search for the IT Director role. The selected candidates possessed vastly differing experiences that challenged the client to consider multiple factors in reaching the right decision.
